This article is for startups who had joined ThatRound before 17th August 2026.
What will I need to do when I log in?
If you already had a live pitch page:
Log in and start the refresh from the pop-up you'll see. It takes around five minutes, and you'll need to do it before you can carry on using the platform.
If your pitch page wasn't yet approved:
Re-upload your deck and complete the startup interview as new customers would. Find more information in Your startup onboarding interview.
What happens after the pitch page refresh?
We rebuild your pitch page in the new format using everything you've already given us. There's nothing new for you to write.
When it's finished, we start to rebuild your investor list. This part of the process can take up to two hours. It's is a one-off while we move you over to the updated ThatRound. This takes some time as we're checking your round against hundreds of investors’ criteria and bringing your history across. No need to wait here, your investors will be ready when you come back.
Do I have to do an interview?
If you already had a pitch page live, no. We will transfer your previous data over.
If you didn't yet have a pitch page approved and live, then you will need to.
What's different in the updated platform?
Investors are now ranked by how well they fit your round, strongest first, and you can see the reasoning behind every one. You used to have to work through the list yourself to figure out who was worth applying to.
You'll also have a refreshed look to your pitch page. There's more in Your pitch page and How investor fit works.
What happens to the applications I've already sent?
They carry over, along with where each one had got to.
What if something on my pitch page is wrong?
Worth having a read through once the refresh finishes, since it's what investors see.
If anything needs changing, email [email protected] and tell us what's wrong. We'll update it for you.
We're working on giving you the ability to update information on your pitch page by chatting to the interviewer again. Watch this space!
