ThatRound pricing

How pricing works on ThatRound and what's included.

Overview

There are two commercial models for founders on ThatRound:

  • Subscription (default): £79/month + VAT. Available in 1, 3 or 6 month plans. Auto-renews after the initial term.

  • Completion Fee (by application): An alternative for founders who'd rather pay when they close their round, instead of paying monthly.

Subscription

The standard option for founders. £79/month + VAT, sold in 1, 3 or 6 month plans. After the initial term, your subscription auto-renews monthly until you cancel.

See the full pricing page.

What does an active subscription unlock?

An active subscription gives you:

  • Access to the marketplace, with investors ranked by how well they fit your round

  • The reasons behind every investor fit

  • Messages from investors you've been introduced to

If your subscription ends, your account stays open but those pause until you resubscribe.

A subscription doesn't put you live in the marketplace straight away. You'll need to finish your onboarding interview and pitch page set up too.

Completion Fee model

An alternative to the subscription. You pay once when your round closes through ThatRound investors, instead of paying monthly while you raise.

The Completion Fee is by application only. You apply through a short call where we walk through how it works for your specific round and check it's the right fit.

Fundraising service fees vs ThatRound's Completion Fee

Some fundraising services on ThatRound charge their own success fee on funds they help you raise. That's their fee, not ThatRound's.

Each one's fee structure is shown on their listing, so you'll see it before you apply.

ThatRound's Completion Fee is separate. It's our alternative to the subscription, and it sits between you and ThatRound.
