Why does my company need to be registered?
When investors back your startup, they're buying shares in your company. That means your company needs to be registered before anyone can invest in it.
We use your Companies House number to confirm your company is registered in the UK. ThatRound is for companies registered in the UK.
What if I don't have a Companies House number?
We know that's frustrating if you're ready to get going, but you'll need one before you can carry on setting up your account.
